In order to participate, your group members must be Jackson School District students and must be a Jackson, NJ non-profit 501(c)(3) and be able to provide us with your certificate.
We will process your request when we receive the completed form below. We will email/call you and provide you with information including your timeframe donation dates. This is a first come, first service request process. We are not taking requests for specific month availability.
