Shipping / Refund / Return Policies for On The Spot Graphic's ONLINE STORE orders:
Refund Policy All sales are final. Since we customize each order according to your file and/or exact specifications, no refunds will be given once OnTheSpotJackson.com, On The Spot Graphics starts working on your order. Usually, work will begin on your job as soon as we have received your files and/or payment. In the event that we have not started working on a specific order or it has not been sent to the press yet, we may allow a partial refund subject to the cancellation processing fee referenced under Job Cancellation & Printing Downgrade in our Terms of Use section. However, any labor hours (proofs, graphic design, etc.) or administrative fees (credit card fees, etc.) will be subtracted from your refund. We cannot accept any cancellation or refund requests after 1 hour from the date you placed the order.
Due to the nature of the customized products we offer, we only replace/reprint item(s) under the following conditions.

Due to the nature of the customized products we offer, we only replace/reprint item(s) under the following conditions.
- Print defects – This includes any defect that occurs during the printing process that causes the print to differ from the advertised item (i.e., ink rolling, or splattering), in this case the customer will receive a reprint/replacement if we accept the claim as valid. Must be reported in writing via email within 24 hours after receiving item (please include photo of the defect). Email to: [email protected]. DEFECT in the subject line and your online order number. Defects reported after 24 hours will be considered on a case by case basis.
- Defects in Workmanship – Any defects in workmanship quality must be reported in writing via email within 24 hours after receiving item to [email protected] (please include photo of the defect). In this case the customer will receive a reprint/replacement if we accept the claim as valid. Defects reported after 24 hours of date of delivery will not be considered for replacement and sale is final.
- Orders that are lost during transit will be refunded after an investigation from the shipping company deems the package lost. All shipments are insured and once carrier has declared shipment lost, On The Spot Graphics will issue refund and deal with the insurance claim.
No Refunds or replacements will be issued for:
- Design mistakes caused by typographical errors which customer typed for any personalized item. This includes all text, phone numbers, addresses, colors, or layout. Customer typed information is how custom item will print. Customer must carefully check their spelling before placing online order. The paid order is the final word on any design. Phone conversations about design or assumptions can not be honored.
- Defects in Workmanship - Defects reported after 24 hours will not be considered for replacement.
- APPAREL: Colors and Sizes may be found in the item description. We only use true to size brands. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on custom printed apparel, merch store apparel, or custom fundraising apparel. Please be sure you measure against the size chart!
- Shipping Delays by Carrier – We can not take responsibility for delays outside of our control. Therefore shipping delays by FedEx, UPS, and USPS are not eligible for refund unless shipment is lost.
